Perez Hilton is pushing the envelope yet again. This time Hilton received criticism after he linked to a photo of the 17-year-old pop sensation, Miley Cyrus, exiting a car on his Twitter that made it appear as if she was not wearing any underwear. The photo has been pulled from Twitter, but many are questioning whether the Queen of All Media would face child pornography charges being that Cyrus is under 18.Always the attention whore, Perez is backing his actions of posting the seemingly panty less pic by saying, "It's not showing anything inappropriate. It's not doing anything worse than what Miley's been doing recently." Hilton said. "She's been in the business for a long time and she's aware that there are paparazzi around. She should be careful how she exits a car."
Even if no image existed, the fact that Hilton still posted that he had a 'Britney shot' of the Teen Queen without underwear, still places him in violation of federal child pornography law. No legal action has been taken yet - the controversial blogger is safe for now.
